Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator (PC) is required to be 21 years of age by start of camp; certified in Wilderness First Aid and Pro. CPR/AED or equivalent; have at least 24 weeks demonstrated the ability to work with children and teens in a nature-based program; design and implement programming, supervise staff, and carry out Wild Earth’s mission.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall vision, support, leadership, and safety of their camp of 45-50 children and 12-18 staff; guiding the staff’s growth with clear communication and regular feedback; communicating with parents and the camp director; upholding the foundational values of Wild Earth; and, holding the children’s physical and emotional safety as paramount.
